Everything in the shop is a digital product — there's nothing physical to ship. The moment your order goes through on Etsy, your download's ready. You get instant access to your files through Etsy, plus a download link by email.
Most products are hyperlinked PDFs that work on your phone, tablet, computer, and apps like GoodNotes or Notability. Nothing arrives in the mail.
Refunds
Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final — once a file's been delivered, it can't be returned.
I never want you stuck, though. So if something's actually wrong — a file won't download, it won't open, you got the wrong item, or you accidentally bought the same thing twice — just message me through Etsy and I'll make it right, whether that's resending the file, fixing it, or sorting out a refund for that situation. Reach out and we'll take care of it.
