About Alan

Alan T. has been in recovery for over 9 years. He is not a therapist, a doctor, or a certified counselor. He is someone who has been through it — the chaos, the wreckage, the uncertainty — and came out the other side living a life he genuinely loves.

That lived experience is what makes coaching with Alan different. He knows what it feels like to be stuck, to doubt yourself, to wonder if things can really get better. He also knows what it takes to change — because he has done it.

Alan is a husband, a father, a daily content creator, and an app builder. He brings real-world perspective, honest accountability, and a deep belief that recovery is just the beginning of something extraordinary.
